Villa Spaldi Retreat is most certainly a special retreat and something quite unique, once found you will want to return again and again. This spacious studio apartment is set in the most dramatic and wonderful location with stunning views of the magnificent coast and Exmoor National Park from the main living room and its private decked terrace. An idyllic setting offering the perfect escape from the pressures of everyday life, for couples seeking a great location for a relaxing or adventurous holiday or indeed a special occasion such as anniversary or honeymoon.

The property is set adjacent to the owners spectacular Country House of the Victorian era which is set amidst 28 acres of secluded wooded cliffs. Guests of the studio are welcome to make use of the house gardens and grounds. Once in your studio apartment, complete privacy is offered to those wishing to simply get away from it all. Access from the hotel terrace leads to the private entrance of the studio.

Once inside the front door your own charming oak staircase leads down to a small kitchen area which offers the facilities of electric oven and hob, fridge, microwave. A laundry service is provided on request.

Large patio doors overlook the stunning views and lead out to your own private, decked balcony. Comfy sofas set in front of the patio doors take full advantage of the views, TV, video and stereo are provided along with an extensive library of books.

A dining area is at one end of the room and ,the other is dominated by a king size bed on a slightly raised level to fully capture the views, without even having to leave the bed!

Leading off the main living area, just beyond the kitchen, a separate small shower room with shower cubicle, WC and wash basin. We have to mention that this shower room offers one of the best views that we have ever seen! A separate door to the side of the main living area leads to your own private patio terrace, the perfect spot for BBQ .Garden Furniture is provided. Linen and towels included.

Oil Central Heating and Timber Log Stove are available. One pet welcome at an additional cost . Ample space is available if guests wish to bring their own travel cot. One parking space within the hotel grounds is provided.

Lynton and its twin village of Lynmouth, offer a large variety of shops, pubs and restaurants all within walking distance. Or for an alternative means of transport, the famous cliff railway offers a breathtaking ride down the cliff-side to the pretty harbour side village of Lynmouth which has its own pebble beach.

For keen walkers the area has so much to offer and the North Devon Coastal Path can be found close to the property for easy access onto Exmoor National Park.

Set high on the cliff edge between Lynton and Lynmouth this apartment, part of the small and exclusive Villa Spaldi Estate has been stylishly decorated, to offer private accommodation for up to 3 Adults. 'Not for the faint-hearted, its dramatic elevated position and small terrace offer a stunning vantage point of Lynmouth Bay, the rugged heritage coastline of Exmoor and on a clear day, Wales across the distant shores of the Channel. Ideally located, just a short stroll from the centre of Lynton which offers a good selection of pubs and restaurants, Bay View will give you the perfect opportunity to relax, unwind and fully recharge.

The apartment is accessed by a spiral staircase leading off the main hotel, which makes it not suitable for the less mobile. Once inside it is totally private, the front door opens into open plan living room, Kitchen with electric oven and hob, fridge and microwave, The living area is stylishly furnished and has LCD TV, DVD and Stereo. French doors open onto a small decked balcony with furniture which fully captures the dramatic views. Bedroom with feature double bed, stylish furnishings and TV.

Separate bathroom, modern white Corner bath with Jacuzzi, separate shower, WC and basin, slate floor all complemented with fresh white tiling. Linen and towels included. Oil central heating. Regret no pets. Guests although are most welcome to make use of the hotel gardens and grounds during their stay. Parking for one car on site.

Lynton has a famous cliff railway linking to its neighbouring village of Lynmouth below with its rugged pebble beach and harbour. Both villages can be reached without the use of a car and each has a good selection of shops, galleries, tearooms, pubs and restaurants.

A perfect location for keen walkers, the North Devon Coastal Path can be accessed within metres of the apartment.
