The TURRET

Set high on the cliff edge between Lynmouth and Lynton this Apartment (Once the Manager's duelling) part of the Hewitts Villa Spaldi Country House has been stylishly  decorated to offer private accommodation to up to 4 people .                              (One Double bedroom, Lounge sofa bed, Study single bed)

Not for the faint hearted, its dramatic elevated position and small terraces offer a stunning vantage point of Lynmouth Bay, the Bristol Channel and the coastline of South Wales. Ideally located, just a short  stroll  from the Centre on Lynton   ( 4 min on foot) which offers a  good selection of shops, pubs and Restaurants..

Relax, unwind and enjoy the View and the calm of the location. The Apartment is accessed by a narrow flight of stairs ( 15 steps) which makes it unsuitable for the less mobile.         Please see picture Gallery    ------>

BATTENBERG  SUITE

This Large Apartment gives you the best of features available in the House; It is said The Duke of Mountbatten spent some honeymoon days here guest of Halford Hewitts.

Two rooms with views of the Lynmouth bay from the triple aspect window, a  cosy balcony , Period Coronet Beds, 2 en-suite bathrooms, 2 flat TV screens, Large Kitchen and luggage  Room.  Coffee Machine and Frigobar.

The GRAND ROOM APARTMENT.

The Grand Room was in itself already a suite with a triple aspect sitting area allowing uninterrupted views over Lynmouth Bay and Beyond. It is now linked with an adjoining  Room which can provide space for a well equipped Kitchen cupboard, one extra single bedroom, Tea Table, 2nd TV flat screen and a second bathroom with shower. The Main Bathroom  has been recently refurbished with a large triangular bath Tub.

LYNMOUTH  BAYVIEW

Situated on the west wing of the House it enjoys unobstructed channel views over the Bay and beyond.

This is very versatile Apartment; an additional room can be added making possible to host up to 4/6 Guests.

The Large Lounge accommodate a Kitchen Bar and cooking facilities.  The Balcony has a private  cast iron spiral-case  allowing private entrance from the Terrace should it be needed.
